Golden beer with an extremely stable foam;
Aroma
Lemon zest aroma characterizes that beer with soft spiced, floreal and tea notes behind it. Sourness is very delicate and recalls white wine;
Mouthfeel
Medium-low body with strong carbonation and vert fine bubbles (it reminds me the Prosecco mouthfeel);
Taste
Sourness dominates the entire sip. There are lemon and citric notes, more present in the aftertaste. I can’t feel any bitterness in this lemon and sour explosion;
