Appearance
Dark yellow and a little bit hazy beer with a nice white and stable foam;
Aroma
Classic aroma of tropical fruits (mango, ananas), grapefruit with soft herbal notes;
Mouthfeel
Medium-low body with medium carbonation;
Taste
Citric flavors dominate at the beginning of the sip but then the bitterness merges with them with a good balance. There is also malty sweetness but is ”hidden” behind citric taste;
Food Pairing
Veg-ball wrap with homemade eggplant sauce, confit tomatoes and salad. The soft spiciness of the veg-balls and soft lemon notes of the eggplant sauce are a good complement to herbal notes and citric and bitter flavors of that beer. And the bitterness of the beer matches perfectly with the bitterness of the eggplant sauce.
